Do you have a short, 20-25 minute music act that you'd like to perform as the "opening act" of one of our shows?
Enso Theatre is looking for pre-show performers to open for:
Staged Reading & Benefit Night
August 25th @ 6:30p
& August 26th @ 1:30p
Location: ShoutHouse Theatre 210 SE Madison St.
FULL PRODUCTION DATES
November 15 - Dec. 2nd (possible extension Dec. 7 & 8th)
Thursdays - Saturdays
Call Time: 6:30p

Sundays

NO SHOWS: Nov. 22, 23 & 25th

CALLING ALL ARTISTS:
Enso Theatre is seeking new artists of all varieties to fill the lobby of "Care of Trees" with art inspired by the idea of "enso" or the Apollo/Daphne myth.
The "enso" is a symbol that represents a moment when the mind is free, to let the body create. It represents those rare moments when we are fully present, inspired and connected to our environment.
If you have made something, or are willing to make something inspired by this idea of being "present in the moment", let us know ASAP and we will set you up.
Here's how it works:
~You create a piece of art. It can be literally anything, the only thing we ask is that it is inspired by the idea of the "enso" or the Apollo/Daphne myth.
~You send us the art, or if you are local, email [email protected] to arrange a pick-up.
~We display your art at the show at a price that you name. We will also display a bio of you, with any info you might want to have on it (website, etc).
~You take 80% of the profit. We take 20% (to cover shipping, displaying, promoting, etc)
Example "enso's" are on our About page, but your design DOES NOT have to have an actual enso in it.
